As a general rule we give a 6 month guarantee on all pest related issues and a 2 year warranty on all wildlife work that we have completed.  We will work with you ongoing till your issue is resolved.  Whether it be such things exterminating bed bugs, identifying exterior entry points for mice and rats, or exclusion of raccoon and squirrel into the attic, your satisfaction is what we strive for.  If pests return at any point during this time period, we will return at no extra fees.
